We came out of a busy, heavy industry, and we know what it means to want somewhere calm to come home to. That is where J & P Rentals started. We set out to open up space for people who want room to put their feet up without feeling priced out of the market. Pets and sidekicks are welcome here, treated with the same respect we ask of everyone. Life is stressful enough. You deserve to be near the schools, parks and lakes that make this part of Colorado what it is, and we want this piece of your life to be the easy part.
